FlightClaimNow

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of flightclaimnow.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by FlightClaimNow ("we", "us"). By using the Service you are contracting with us.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age in your country, or have the authority to bind the organisation you act for.

2. The Service

The Service provides a free flight compensation eligibility check (EU261, UK261, US DOT, Israeli Aviation Services Law, Montreal Convention) and, for a one-time fee, unlocks a generated claim letter and airline contact details. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice and do not represent you before any airline or authority. Results are informational and depend on the accuracy of the information you provide; eligibility and payment of compensation are decided by the airline, courts or regulators.

2a. Software only — no legal advice

FlightClaimNow is a self-help software tool. You purchase access to an automated document generator and publicly available information only. No lawyer reviews your case, no attorney–client relationship is created, and we never submit, negotiate or pursue claims on your behalf. You decide whether and how to send the generated document to the airline. If you need legal advice, consult a qualified lawyer.

3. Your information

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for any claim you submit to an airline using documents generated by the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including: using it for unlawful purposes or fraudulent claims; sending spam; infringing intellectual property rights; introducing malware; probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of the Service; scraping or automated bulk access; reverse engineering; reselling or redistributing the Service; or circumventing technical limits or payment.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, content, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and the letters generated for your own claims.

6. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. The unlock is a one-time payment; there is no subscription.

7. Service level

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any claim will succeed. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost compensation, profits or data. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless the law requires otherwise.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the date below shows the latest version. Questions: our contact form at https://flightclaimnow.com/contact.
